Japan Sake & Shochu Makers Association (JSS)

The Academy was generously supported by the JSS, a non-profit organization that consists of Sake and Shochu producers throughout Japan.

The Association was formed in 1953, and currently constitutes of 1,696 members, including 1,410 sake breweries, 273 shochu distilleries, and 13 mirin makers all across Japan.

Polish Vodka Museum

The Academy took place in the Polish Vodka Museum, a hundred-year-old Vodka distillery beautifully restored into a modern, state-of-the-art museum.
