I'm a United Nations Official turned Entrepreneur, on a mission to spread joy!

After working with the UN in Asia and Africa (with postings to Kenya, Vietnam, Thailand) on Gender Equality and Urban Poverty for a decade, then, starting a family, I founded my company, focusing on my favorite things in life - Face Yoga & Japanese Sake. Both bring me so much happiness (Apart from friends and family!)

Totally accidentally (!), I discovered Face Yoga 10 years ago in my 40s in Japan, and it’s been a secret joy! (Not so secret anymore!).

Now that I recently turned 50 (half-a-century!), I can say that Face Yoga has helped me so much as a self-care tool through difficult times (stressed face!) and fun times, bringing me improved emotional well-being, better facial expressions (for communicating with loved ones), and brightening my face and outlook in life!

After all, the body-mind connection - our emotions and our face muscles are so interconnected, so it should be no surprise.
